If you need to update the advisor assigned to a specific client within your firm, you can do so directly in the Zoe Advisor Platform. This process ensures the client’s profile and communications are linked to the correct advisor, keeping household management and reporting accurate.
Steps to Update the Assigned Advisor:
- Log in to the Zoe Advisor Platform. (Refer to the previous step if you need login instructions.)
- From the left-hand menu, click Clients.
- In the Clients section, select the Households tab.
- Locate the household you want to update.
- Click the button on the left of the household name.
- In the menu that appears, click the blue "Action" button.
- Select Change Advisor.
- Confirm the household selection when prompted.
- Select the new advisor from the list.
- Click Confirm.
You will see a green confirmation page when the change is complete.
