How to Adjust Account Settings: Cash Settings, Security Constraints, and Rebalancing Defaults
- Log into app.zoefin.com
- Click “Clients” on the left hand side
- Alternately, you can click “Pipeline” on the left hand side, search for the client, click on their hyperlinked name, click "Accounts" in the ribbon at the top of the screen, and click on the account you would like to adjust
- Either in the global search bar in the upper right hand corner or in the Client Name search bar in the upper left hand corner, search for the client whose account you would like to make adjustments to
- Click the hyperlinked account number
- Click “Account Settings” in the ribbon at the top of your screen
- From here click the dropdown carrot icon to the right of which ever setting you would like to adjust
- For cash settings, type in your new target values
- For security constraints, click “+ New Constraint.” From here, you can search for the specific security in the search bar, and in the dropdown menu next to the security select the constraint you would like to apply. Click “+ New Constraint” for any additional constraints you would like to apply
- For rebalancing defaults, either enable or disable rebalancing on the account and type in a new dollar value for any adjustments to the minimum trade size you would like to make
- Once you are done making changes, click “Save Changes” in the upper right hand corner
