How to close an opened account
We can only close accounts with a $0 balance. If the accounts are funded, please work with the client and/or Zoe to move the assets out of the accounts.
Once the balance is at $0, you are able to close the account in the "info" tab.
Scroll down to:
"Do you need to close this account? Close Account"
Click: "Close Account"
Or, you can reach out to our team at clientsupport@zoefin.com or 646-222-8763. Please provide all of the account numbers you would like to close. We will need written confirmation that you have spoken with the client about closing the accounts.
