The Zoe mobile app allows your clients to stay connected to their investment accounts wherever they are. It’s designed to provide real-time insights and self-service access, making it easy for clients to stay engaged with their portfolios.
What Your Clients Can Do with the App
- View account balance and performance: clients can monitor the growth of their investments with real-time balance and performance data.
- See current holdings: they can view a detailed breakdown of the securities held in their accounts, including asset allocation.
- Track deposits, withdrawals, and transfers: clients can check the status of ongoing transactions and review their full activity history.
- Access intra-day balance updates: balances are refreshed throughout the day, offering clients an up-to-date view of their finances.
How Clients Get Started
Once a client has opened their account through the platform on their browser:
- They can download the Zoe app from the App Store
- Log in using their existing Zoe credentials to access their dashboard
