You can view client account information such as the investment objective, whether or not an ACH relationship exists, the beneficiaries on an account, cost basis info, view transaction history, etc.
You can access account information one of two ways
- Select the “Client” section on the left hand menu
- Search your client’s name either in the global search bar or in the “Client Name” search bar. You can also search by the account number.
- Click the blue hyperlinked account number for the account you’re trying to access information about
OR
- Select the “Pipeline” tab on the left hand side
- Search your client’s name in the search bar
- Click their hyperlinked name
- If you are not taken directly to their accounts tab, click “Accounts” in the ribbon at the top of your screen
- Click on the account you’re trying to access information about
Within this accounts view, you can view account details, but you can also:
- View account allocation
- View account level performance
- View client information
- View account information (investing objective, time horizon, etc.)
- Adjust account settings
- Update cash settings
- Apply security constraints
- Adjust rebalancing settings
- Apply or change a fee structure
- Initiate account transfers
- View and edit recurring account transfers
- Access and download account documents. Documents include:
- Monthly investment statements (typically generated within 1-2 business days of the 7th of each month)
- Trade confirmations
- Tax forms, and
- Performance reports
- Please note: at this time, each time you generate a performance report, it is automatically sent to the client’s documents tab.
