Expedite the account opening process with the help of Client Agreement Templates!
Upload standardized client agreements for advisors to easily access and include in the account opening process. Template agreements will populate with client’s information, removing the need for manual uploads or data entry for every agreement.
1. Upload Agreements in "Firm Settings"
- After clicking on Firm Settings on the left hand menu, click on the Firm Agreements tab.
- From here you can upload new agreements, edit the name of agreements, or delete agreements.
- NOTE: Our team can always upload an agreement on your behalf. Please reach out to advisorsupport@zoefin.com for assistance.
2. Wait for Zoe’s team to confirm the agreement is active - this should happen within 1 business day.
- To ensure client information is correctly populated within an agreement, Zoe’s team will double check that all dynamic fields are properly placed throughout the agreement. Once this has been confirmed, we will email your team and mark the agreement as ‘active’.
- Active agreements will have a green check mark in firm settings. Inactive agreements will show with a yellow exclamation point.
3. Easily select from and include client agreement templates in the account opening experience.
- All active client agreement templates will appear in the Upload Agreements step of account opening. Advisors can easily select which template they want to use, or upload a new agreement.
- Only one agreement can be included at this time.
- If an agreement template should be populated with client information, the dashboard will verify that all required information has been provided. If not, you may have to go back and fill this in.
4. Your client signs agreement in the account opening process.
- Clients will sign the agreement as the final step of the account opening process.
5. Access the signed agreement.
- The signed agreement will be stored in the account documents section of the Dashboard.
- You will also receive an email with the PDF of the signed agreement.
