- Login to app.zoefin.com
- Select the client you would like to initiate an internal transfer for.
- Click "Transfer Funds" in the upper right hand corner.
- Select “I Want to Make a Roth Conversion” (underneath “Cash Withdrawal” option)
- Ensure pre-populated “From” and “To” accounts are correct
- Enter in amount to be converted
- If entered amount is greater than amount that is available to transfer, a liquidation request will be generated upon submitting the conversion if a model is assigned
- If entered amount is greater than amount that is available to transfer and there is no model assigned, the transaction will not go through
- Add any tax withholding information if needed, click “Next”
- Review the transfer and submit.
- Note: Internal transfers submitted by advisors do NOT require client approval
