How to Initiate Cash Journals for Your Client
- Log into app.zoefin.com
- From the accounts table, click into the client/account you are looking to submit the journal for
- Once in the account details of the client/household you'd like to submit the journal for, locate the "Transfer Funds" button in the upper right hand corner
- Select “Internal Transfer”
- In the “From” dropdown, select the account you would like the cash to come from
- In the “To” dropdown, select the account you would like to deposit the cash into
- Input the transfer amount and details and click next
- If this is going to or from an IRA input the required contribution or withdrawal details
- If the transfer request is for more than what is currently available in cash, a liquidation request will get generated automatically. You will not have to manually submit trades. Please be sure if the account is not on auto-rebalance that you accept the proposal. If the account is on auto-rebalance, the liquidation will begin on the next trading day
- On the next page, review the transfer details. Assuming all looks correct, click “Submit Internal Transfer”
- Your client will not be required to approve journal requests
Can my client journal securities?
Securities journals are possible. However, it cannot be done via the Zoe Wealth Platform. It must be done via paper form. Please contact the Client Success Team for the required paperwork and instructions.
