- Login to app.zoefin.com
- Select the "Add New Client" button on the bottom of the left menu.
- Select the primary advisor for the client.
- Note: if you are not part of an advisory team, this step will be skipped.
- Select if the client is part of a New or Existing Household.
- Adding a Client to an Existing Household
- If a member of the client’s household has already been added, search and select their name.
- Adding a Client to an Existing Household
- Input the new client’s information - first name, last name, email, and phone number.
- Confirm and save the client’s information.
After saving, you will automatically be directed to the client’s ‘Household’ page to continue adding household members or to start opening accounts.
