How to Reset your Password
- Log into app.zoefin.com
- Click “Settings” in the lower left hand corner
- In the “Password” field type in your new password
- Click “Save Changes” in the upper right hand corner
How to Reset your Password if you Forgot Your Password
- Go to app.zoefin.com
- At the login screen, click “Forgot password”
- On the next screen, input the email address associated with your Zoe Wealth Platform user
- Within a few seconds, you should get an email with the subject line “Reset your password.” Open that email.
- In the body of the email you’ll see “confirm the password change click here.” Click the hyperlink.
- A new window will open prompting you to input your new password and re-enter your new password. Click “Submit Password.”
- Your password has been updated, and you can click “Back to Dashboard” to access the platform.
